PAYMENTS:

• Early Bird $150 deposit per person with reservation ( til Feb 5, 2025 - then $250 per person)

•$150 per person due by 10th of each month

• Final payment due by July 10, 2025

• Reservations after  March 1, 2024, must pay for half of cruise

• Reservations made after  July 1, 2024, must pay in full

CANCELLATION FEES: (per person)

• $100 administration fee if canceled before July 22, 2025
• 50% if canceled between July 23 - Aug 11, 2025
• 75% of price if canceled between Aug 12 - Sept 6, 2025
• No refund for no-shows or cancellations after Sept 7, 2025
• Name changes are not allowed

All prices are quoted per passenger based on double occupancy and subject to availability. Call 352-461-6390 with questions regarding rates for children, third and fourth adults in a cabin, single occupancy rates and wheelchair accessible cabins. Suites available upon request.

The price includes everything: the cruise fare, all government fees and taxes, gratuities and tickets to our concerts. Only passengers booking through BTP Enterprise LLC, Travels By Karmel or Carla Travels will be allowed in the Gospel concerts & events.  We have made every effort to give you the best value for the money. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN CHARGES!
